Fee Structure
Our management fees are based on services
that fit your requirements and the actual time required
to facilitate your relocation. We can accommodate as
much or as little as you need. Our fees vary based
on the type of services required. Quotes can be a
fixed fee or hourly basis. Minimum of four hours.

Additional Costs
Outside expenses such as trades-people and movers
will be quoted and approved by you. These costs will
be billed to your over and above our management fees.

Payments
Invoices will be presented every Friday for actual
hours worked; a log will be available for your review.
We expect out-of-pocket expenses to be reimbursed
immediately and progess payments to be made on
bi-weekly basis.
